  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including flight details, pickup times, and destinations.

RDC Transfers is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted per vehicle unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are shown in USD unless specified.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed reservations.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at the time of booking.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation notice period.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

5. Flight Delays & Changes

  • RDC Transfers monitors flight arrivals when flight details are provided.

  • Reasonable delays are accommodated at no additional cost.

  • Significant delays or changes must be communicated as soon as possible.

Failure to notify RDC Transfers of changes may result in additional charges or service cancellation.

6. Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport pickups include a standard waiting time.

  • Additional waiting time beyond the included period may incur extra charges.

  • Hotel or resort pickups require punctual arrival by the customer.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Follow driver instructions and safety guidelines

  • Wear seat belts at all times

  • Respect the vehicle and driver

  • Avoid illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior

RDC Transfers reserves the right to terminate service without refund in case of unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

8. Luggage Policy

  • Standard luggage is included within reasonable limits.

  • Excess or oversized luggage must be declared in advance.

  • RDC Transfers is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

9. Vehicle Assignment

Vehicle type is assigned based on availability, group size, and service type.
RDC Transfers reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Liability Disclaimer

RDC Transfers is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or force majeure

  • Missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Personal injury or loss caused by passenger negligence

Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
